Nigar Parveen

Nigar Parveen is an Associate counsel in “TABISH SAROSH & ASSOCIATES LAW FIRM” since last 3 years who has completed her LL.B from CCS University and currently pursuing her LL.M. in criminal law from Mewar University.
She has been working in the area of Women and child related sexual offence cases since 2018. She has been working for the welfare of the victim/survivor of the crime for helping them taking compensation from the state in terms of monetary relief to protect the fundamental rights of the citizen and which help them to take stand in their life and for their rehabilitation.
She has delivered lectures on various topic related to women and child i.e. Juvenile Justice Act, Pocso Act, PWDV Act, POSH Act etc. in various NGO’s i.e PRAYAS Jahangir Puri, JANHIT Azad Pur, ASHMITA NGO & UMANG NGO, DPSL FOUNDATION etc. for the purpose of creating legal awareness among common people. She has also delivered special guest lecture on Victim Compensation Scheme at Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, U.P.
