Sapna Aggarwal

Sapna Aggarwal is a 2nd-year law student pursuing B.B.A. LL.B from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies and a fast learner, possessing problem-solving skills and managing significant workload capabilities. She had an impressive experience record for e.g., At Youth India Foundation, She was promoted as Para-legal head of her respective department and drafted various policies, SOPs and By-Laws & conducted significant research work.
Apart from that she had pursued various courses such as Contract Drafting and Legal Drafting & Client Counselling Course and gained experience in drafting various contracts such as: Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Business/ Assets Purchase Agreement, MOAs, AOAs, Sale Deeds, etc. And possess skills like; drafting Will, Writs, Petitions, Suits, Testamentary Deeds, Maintenance Applications etc.
As a part of extra-curricular activities, she had organized International Moot Court Competition and Intra Bail Competition as Court Marshal & participated in Intra Moot Court, Intra Mock Trail and Intra Debate Competition organized by Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies and has been appointed as Para-legal Volunteer by Delhi State Legal Service Authority for one year [15.10.20221 – 14.09.2022]
