Dr. Tabish Sarosh is a distinguished legal professional, advocate, and forensic law expert with over 17 years of extensive experience in criminal litigation and forensic science. Over the course of his career, he has earned wide recognition for his strong command over criminal litigation, investigative procedures, and legal advisory work, and has successfully contributed to several matters involving complex criminal issues, child protection, and procedural law. His practice reflects a deep understanding of both trial advocacy and the practical application of criminal justice principles.

He currently serves as a Legal Consultant with the Delhi Police, Sultanpuri Division, where he provides legal assistance in criminal investigations, charge-sheet vetting, forensic assessment, and related procedural matters. His expertise extends to training investigating officers and police personnel in important legislations such as the POCSO Act and the NDPS Act, thereby contributing to improved investigative practices and legal compliance.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sarosh has held several significant legal positions, including Panel Lawyer for the Delhi Legal Service Authority, North District, and the All India Legal Cell on Child Rights. He has also served as an Amicus Curiae in POCSO matters, reflecting his commitment to child protection and the fair administration of criminal justice. Further, he has contributed as a Legal Advisor to the Delhi Minorities Commission, Government of NCT of Delhi, and as a member of the POSH Internal Committee at both the Delhi Minorities Commission and Caliber Outsourcing Services.

As the founder of the Centre for Criminal Investigation & Forensic Science, he has played a pivotal role in advancing practical legal and forensic education. He has established multiple centres at reputed institutions and has trained over 500 students in criminal investigation and forensic science. He has also organized several national seminars and workshops at leading institutions, reflecting his ongoing commitment to legal awareness and capacity building.

In addition to his professional legal practice and advisory roles, Dr. Sarosh serves as a Professor of Practice and Consultant at the Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science, affiliated with the National Forensic Science University. Through this academic role, he contributes to the training of future legal and forensic professionals, bridging the gap between theory, practice, and field application.

He also holds a Master’s degree in Law with specialization in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Forensic Science. His career reflects a rare combination of advocacy, legal expertise, forensic insight, and academic leadership, making him a respected figure in the legal community

Ms. Kirti Gupta is an accomplished criminal lawyer and serves as the head of the Centre for Criminal Investigation & Forensic Science at TSA Law Firm. She earned her LL.M. from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, IP University, bringing a wealth of legal knowledge to her practice.
Ms. Gupta has rendered her legal expertise and assistance to Delhi Police, providing training on Criminal Law, Investigation, and Forensic Science, and receiving commendations for her contributions.
Ms. Gupta has also successfully handled numerous criminal trials, appeals, and bail matters in Trial Courts and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Additionally, she has served as a Legal Consultant and Panel Lawyer for the Delhi Minorities Commission and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, contributing significantly to legal education as a Guest Lecturer at institutions like Lloyd Law College and Royal College of Law.

Ms. Gupta is dedicated to legal awareness, particularly in matters concerning the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO) and the Juvenile Justice Act. She has conducted workshops and lectures on these topics for NGOs, schools, and police personnel.

In addition to her legal advocacy, she has conducted research on acquittal and conviction rates in POCSO cases, and led Faculty Development Programs on Forensic Nursing at institutions like Rufaida College of Nursing, Jamia Hamdard. Ms. Kirti Gupta’s dedication to legal excellence, education, and social welfare makes her a respected figure in the legal community.
