Dr. Tabish Sarosh has made remarkable contributions to the advancement of criminal justice, forensic science education, legal consultancy, and institutional capacity building over a professional career spanning since 2009. A distinguished advocate, legal consultant, academician, and forensic expert, he has provided strategic legal support to the Delhi Police and other government bodies by delivering over 500 legal opinions, assisting in investigations of heinous crimes, and guiding law enforcement agencies in forensic evidence evaluation and legal vetting of charge sheets. His expertise has significantly contributed to improving investigative standards and the effective administration of criminal justice.

As the Founder of the Centre for Criminal Investigation & Forensic Science (CCIFS), Dr. Tabish Sarosh has established forensic training centres in leading universities and trained more than 10000 students and numerous police personnel in forensic science, crime scene investigation, and criminal law. He has organized national seminars, workshops, faculty development programmes, and awareness initiatives covering forensic science, POCSO, POSH, criminal investigation, and legal reforms. His academic leadership as a Professor of Practice, combined with his extensive research in criminal law and forensic science, has strengthened forensic education and promoted industry-academia collaboration. His notable contributions include pioneering crime scene investigation workshops, serving as an Amicus Curiae and witness facilitator in sensitive sexual offence cases, and advancing professional training for legal and investigative professionals across India.

Kirti Gupta, Co-Founder & Director (Criminal Litigation) has made significant contributions in the fields of criminal law, forensic science, legal consultancy, and capacity building through her multifaceted professional engagements. As a practicing criminal lawyer and legal consultant with more than seven years of experience, she has represented and assisted in more than 500 criminal cases, including serious offences such as murder, rape, NDPS, and cheating, while also providing over 2000 legal opinions and investigative assistance to the Delhi Police in complex criminal matters. Her expertise in legal vetting of charge sheets and integration of forensic science into criminal investigations has strengthened investigative and judicial processes.

As the Co-Founder & Head of Department at the Centre for Criminal Investigation & Forensic Science (CCIFS), she has played a pivotal role in designing and leading forensic education, internships, professional training programmes, and crime scene investigation workshops across leading universities and institutions. She has trained police officers, students, corporate professionals, and legal practitioners on forensic science, POCSO, POSH, crime scene investigation, evidence handling, and emerging criminal laws. Through more than 200 legal awareness programmes, faculty development programmes, and institutional collaborations, she has actively promoted legal literacy and forensic awareness among academic institutions, NGOs, and law enforcement agencies. Her research contributions in criminal justice and legal reforms further reflect her commitment to strengthening the intersection of law and forensic science in India.
