Ms. Nasmeen is an Advocate practising primarily in the field of Criminal Law, with experience in criminal litigation holding LL.M in Criminal Law from Amity University , Noida , U.P and having vast knowledge of legal drafting, legal research, and trial advocacy before the District Courts as well as Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
In addition to her litigation practice, she has contributed to legal education by delivering guest lectures at Jamia Hamdard , Delhi on subjects relating to criminal law, forensic investigation, legal procedure, and contemporary developments in criminal justice. she is dedicated to legal awareness, particularly in matters concerning the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO) and the Juvenile Justice Act. She has conducted workshops and lectures on these topics for NGOs, and police personnel. Her academic engagements reflect her commitment to bridging the gap between legal theory and courtroom practice.
she actively participates in legal awareness initiatives and has conducted educational sessions for students and social organisations on issues concerning women’s rights, child protection laws, domestic violence, and access to justice. She believes that legal awareness is an essential tool for empowering individuals and strengthening the rule of law.
