Ms. Tabassum Jahan is an Advocate practising primarily in the field of Criminal Law, with experience in criminal litigation gained through her internship under a practicing criminal advocate. She holds an LL.B. from Law Centre II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, along with a B.Com degree, and has knowledge of legal drafting, legal research, and intellectual property practice, gained through her internship in IPR.
In addition to her litigation-focused practice, she is the founder of Legal Quill by Tabassum, a legal drafting consultancy serving startups, freelancers, and MSMEs, through which she works on commercial and corporate drafting matters.
