Vinita Bhardwaj is a criminal law practitioner with a forensic science foundation, having completed her LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar, and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. Her practice interests centre on criminal litigation, with working knowledge spanning bail matters, matrimonial and family-linked criminal disputes, and workplace and evidentiary law. She has drafted bail applications, researched procedural safeguards under the CrPC/BNSS, and worked on matters involving the POSH Act, 2013.
Beyond casework, Vinita has published case analyses and academic contributions on women's and children's law, and is a Manupatra Certified Legal Researcher.
