The Certificate of this course shall be issued by the CCIFS and in association with Jamia Hamdard and BEB

IIMT Law College (Greater Noida)

Delhi Legal Services Authority(DLSA)

Mr Dr. Tabish Sarosh has been empaneled with DLSA for 9 years, North West as a Legal Aid Counsel on MM Panel .During his tenure he has defended various criminal cases and also worked as a jail visiting advocate at Tihar Jail and Rohini Jail. He has also delivered several lectures in the NGOs, Government and Private schools in Delhi on POCSO act, DV act, Labour law, senior citizen acts, Juvenile justice act, etc.

Mr Dr. Tabish Sarosh has been working on the panel of AILCCR associated with Bachpan Bachao Andolan NGO, Delhi for last 3 years. He has been appointed from BBA in various matters related to the Child Labour, Child Trafficking and POCSO act.

Mr Dr. Tabish Sarosh has worked as a legal consultant in the Delhi Minorities Commission, Govt. of NCT Delhi. He has been headed the committees formed by the DMC in the various cases of high importance for instance to probe the alleged assault on a Sikh tempo driver by policemen in Mukherjee Nagar.

Mr Dr. Tabish Sarosh has been empaneled with DCPCR for 3 years, As a  Panel Lawyer .During his tenure he has fought for the rights of innocent children in various criminal cases.
