Dhananjai Rana

Dhananjai, a student of LL.M. in corporate finance and policy from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana. He is a graduate of Amity Law School Noida (5 years BBA.LLB(H) course ) at Amity Law School, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He would like to highlight that he possesses good research and analytical skills, he likes taking up challenges and have worked on various deals in EMEA and Nordics region. He has vast range of experience in researching. He has 24 research papers to his name of which 8 are internationally recognised. He has been awarded with an LOR for research in cyber laws for his research in cyber laws.Further he served as a researcher in books based on preparation of ugc net and one on judiciary. He has also written a book on metaverse and its impact on labor laws. He has worked in HCL for a year and have tackled Statement of works, Master contracts, vendor contracts, and partner agreements. He is versed in redlining and deal closure formalities. Also, he has looked at and worked on tax matters quite extensively. He has previously interned in various Private Legal Firms of repute, where he learned the basics of legal drafting, researching, cross-checking, and contract vetting. He has worked in multiple fields of law such as Criminal laws, Family Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Taxation. I am interested in working in the Trademark or Copyright team in your law firm. He further served as a team member in content management in Amity law school for a year where he introduced and managed the newsletter for 3 years, worked in the content team of probono India for 1 year, and worked in the content team of legumvox blogs for a year. Currently handling the newsletter for my current organization for 6 months He is confident that working at a prestigious law firm or any organisation will help me further improve upon my skills and given my prior experience and interest in varied aspects of law, he is sure that he can contribute immensely towards a firm through his hard work and acumen.
