Kirti Gupta

Advocate Kirti Gupta is Manger (Legal & Forensic)  at Dr. Tabish Sarosh & Associates and CCIFS, has done her LLM from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, IP University. She has vast experience in criminal, civil, special laws relating to women and children etc. She has independently handled various criminal and civil cases. She has worked as a Legal Consultant/ Panel Lawyer at Delhi Minorities Commission, Govt. of N.C.T, Delhi. She has also worked with DLSA and assisted in remand duty, assisted in judicial lockup duty and assisted in front desk duty at DLSA Rohini court, Delhi. She is a hardworking and dedicated individual.
Besides this she is presently also working as a Guest Lecturer at Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, U.P. She has also worked as a Guest Lecturer at Royal College of Law, Ghaziabad, U.P. She has adjudged various competitions at various law colleges including 2nd National Moot Court Competition at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, Department of Law and Negotiation Competition at MAIMS 1st Justice Verma Memorial ADR and Client Counselling Competition 2021, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Professional Studies.
Other than the legal practise Advocate Kirti Gupta also has a zeal for serving the society through legal awareness and hence she has Conducted various legal awareness program on “Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012” and “Juvenile Justice Act, 2015” in various NGOs namely Pryas, Nutan and Janhit, Delhi.
She has conducted legal awareness program on “The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005” in various NGOs namely Pryas, Nutan and Janhit.
She has also delivered lecture on POCSO Act to the students of Himalaya Public School at DLSA, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi.
She has also Conducted a workshop on “Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 to women police officials in Prashant Vihar Police Station, Delhi
She also participated as a volunteer in legal awareness programme in “Van Mahotsav” at central jail, Rohini
Advocate Kirti Gupta has also carried out various researches including Acquittal and conviction rate in POCSO cases with special reference to Delhi, Impact of criminalization of Triple Talaq on Muslim Women with special reference to North Delhi (Empirical Research) and Role of Independent Directors in Corporate Governance in India: A critical study.
