In pursuance of the MOU dated 29 September, 2022 between Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University, Dehradun and Tabish Sarosh & Associates (Criminal Litigation) Law Firm, Delhi.
The Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University, Dehradun notified that the university has started LL.M. (Criminal Law, Criminology and Forensic Science) two years industries oriented programme in association with Tabish Sarosh & Associates (Criminal Litigation) Law Firm, Delhi.
The University has already established P.G. Centre of Legal Studies in its campus with the help of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. Both the Universities have signed Memorandum of Understanding for the promotion of Legal Education and Research activities with Tabish Sarosh & Associates (Criminal Litigation) Law Firm at RBBS University, Dehradun.

The criteria for admission and examination will be as per the university norms and as per the UGC (Copy of Notification).

Scope:- LL.M. Two Years programme specially tailored for practicing lawyers at RBBS University, Dehradun by Tabish Sarosh & Associates.

The RBBS University, Dehradun is a state self funded university under Uttarakhand legislation and the university will offer industry oriented two year LL.M. programme which was designed by Tabish Sarosh & Associates(Criminal Litigation Law Firm), Delhi.

Tabish Sarosh & Associates (Criminal Litigation Law Firm) is a Law firm located at Delhi has developed two years Industry Oriented LLM programme as per the UGC norms. Exclusively for the RBBS University. Dehradun and will not run this program anywhere else except the RBBS University, Dehradun.

(a) The admission for this program and study/teaching of the programme will be the responsibility of Tabish Sarosh & Associates (Criminal Litigation Law Firm)

(b) The university will register all such admitted eligible students. Further the examinations, evaluation, result preparation and associated work will be the task of the university

(c) Every student has to deposit Registration Fees of Rs 1,500/- and Rs. 10,000/- to the university security amount (refundable) along with a fees of Rs. 35,000/- per semester.

(d) University will provide the necessary assistance as and when required by the Tabish Sarosh & Associates(Criminal Litigation Law Firm).

(e) All the admitted students have to appear in examination as per the university requirements and this will responsibility of Tabish Sarosh & Associates ( Criminal Litigation Law Form ) for timely Compliance of all formalities.

Tabish Sarosh & Associates ( Criminal Litigation Law Form ) will also help in organization the seminars and conferences on various contemporary/multidisciplinary Socio-Legal issues at the University.
