TSA team being a member of ICC Internal complaint committee of Caliber outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. participated in the proceeding between three employees out of which the two female employees are complainant of sexual harassment at workplace caused by the third male employee.TSA assisted and advised in ICC proceeding at Caliber outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. and discussed the various legal provisions of the sexual harassment at workplace
Act, 2013.
ICC passed a detailed order in order to protect the rights of the complainants and in totality the ICC directed the male employee to pay Rs 10,000/- to each of the complainant as compensation amount for the mental harassment caused to the complainants.
TSA also provides training and conducts the workshops on POSH Act to the stakeholders.
