Brief Facts of the Case
The complainant alleged that a dispute arose when the accused person, who was known to him and worked at the same service station, left the premises open. Upon being questioned, an altercation ensued. It was further alleged that later in the evening the accused, along with other persons, assaulted the complainant with sticks and rods, causing injuries.
Our Approach & Strategy
The defence team at TSA undertook a meticulous examination of the prosecution's case and highlighted that the accused had remained in judicial custody for a considerable period. It was further submitted that the investigation had already been completed, the charge sheet had been filed, and therefore continued incarceration of the accused was unwarranted. TSA effectively presented the factual and legal circumstances before the Hon'ble Court.
Outcome
Upon considering the rival submissions and the stage of the investigation, the Hon'ble Court of Rohini, Delhi was pleased to grant bail to the accused, subject to appropriate conditions. The successful outcome reflects TSA's dedication to safeguarding the rights of individuals and its commitment to providing strategic, ethical, and result-oriented legal representation.
