Brief Facts of the Case

The complainant filed a case against the accused alleging that the accused had committed rape upon her in April 2017. The complainant alleged that the accused had promised her opportunities for acting in music albums, TV serials and photo shoots, and had subsequently taken her to Mumbai. It was further alleged that the accused had mixed an intoxicating substance in her food and thereafter committed rape upon her.
